  I called for some general information, which the girl who answered the phone (Cindy) could not provide. I asked for a manager. I did not want to give my full name (my right), and when I asked for a manager (for the third time), since she could not help me (she admitted it), her attitude shifted to very rude and annoyed. She sighed very loudly and was verbally frustrated. If this is the kind of service I get with just a basic phone call, I don't ever want to give them any real info or deal with them any further. Beware.

  I am giving out a piss poor rating to this company/establishment......I "DO NOT" have a loan of any kind from here, (never have, never will) I do have a friend who does and used me as a REFERENCE on his app and now they call me/HARASS me because his payment is due on the 1st and he, being on diability, doesn't get paid/make payments till the 3rd or 4th......THEY WILL HARASS U EVEN WHEN U DON'T HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM.....BEWARE!!!!
